This incredible local organisation plays a vital role in keeping the River Tees safe through regular safety patrols, volunteer training, and the ongoing maintenance of their rescue boat. Their work saves lives and helps raise awareness of river safety across our community.

As part of our commitment, members of our team have taken on a personal challenge throughout May 2026: walking 100 miles over the course of the month. This is more than just a test of endurance, it is a shared effort to raise essential funds that will help ensure Tees River Rescue can continue its lifesaving operations without interruption.
