Last Mile charity cheque handover

Last Mile had the honour of meeting Sarah Marrison, the Trustee and Fundraising Lead at Tees River Rescue in order to present them with a cheque for £180. These sums were raised by our dedicated staff who took on the challenge of walking Roseberry Topping at our annual charity event on 4 May 2025.
Tees River Rescue is one of our chosen charities, and we couldn't be prouder to support their incredible work. The day started with a conversation over coffee, where we learned more about the charity's mission and impact.
The highlight of the meeting was the handover of the cheque, a symbol of our collective efforts and commitment to making a difference. To top it all off, we managed to get some amazing pictures of the River Tees, where a few visitors came to say hi!
