Chris Hardy - Managing Director
One of two directors at Last Mile, Chris is at the centre of the business. He shapes the overall strategy, leads the team, and ensures smooth operational management. With a keen focus on growth and business development, Chris makes sure Last Mile delivers on its financial goals while continuing to move forward.

Paul Lambert - Director
As co-director, Paul oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of our transport operations. From making key decisions to supporting Class 1 drivers out on the road, Paul's leadership ensures goods move efficiently, cost-effectively, and always with customer satisfaction in mind.

Paul Thomas - General Manager
Joining in 2021 as Depot Manager and stepping up to General Manager in 2025, Paul now oversees day-to-day operations across HGV, 2-man home delivery, and warehousing.

Jane Te-Amo - Finance Controller
Since 2021, Jane has been steering all things finance. From accurate reporting and compliance to financial planning, she provides the insights that guide our decision-making and keep the business on a strong financial footing.

Lisa Hughes - Transport Manager & HR Lead
With Last Mile since 2019, Lisa has worn many hats, but today she splits her time between compliance and people. As Transport Manager, she ensures our fleet meets DVSA standards; as HR lead, she looks after our team and keeps everything running compliantly behind the scenes.

Gareth Wood - Supervisor
Starting with us in 2022 through a youth employment scheme, Gareth has grown into a Supervisor role on our night shift. He keeps operations efficient, safe, and to a high standard while coordinating staff and workflows through the night.

Rich Hill - Fleet Manager & HGV Planner
Our longest-serving team member since 2018, Rich has dual responsibilities: keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and cost-effective, while also planning HGV schedules to ensure deliveries are timely and efficient. His knowledge keeps our wheels quite literally turning.

Jenny Lund - Contracts Manager
Joining in 2021 as a warehouse administrator, Jenny quickly moved up to Contracts Manager. She now manages contracts, stock control, and stock movement, ensuring full accountability for everything that passes through our doors.

Joe Joyce - Supervisor
Joe came aboard in 2023 as a warehouse operative and wasted no time in climbing the ladder. Now, as Supervisor, he manages team performance and daily operations to keep everything flowing efficiently and safely.

Jordan Edgar - Warehouse Lead
Since 2021, Jordan has been a key member of our night team. As Warehouse Lead, he guides and supports the shift, ensuring quality, performance, and productivity are consistently met. He also acts as the vital link between staff and management.

Chris Thomas - Warehouse Lead
Starting out as a driver in 2021, Chris soon moved into the warehouse, where he has become an integral part of the team. Now Warehouse Lead for the crossover shift between nights and days, he ensures smooth handovers, productivity, and high standards across the board.
